The Museum Measure / Privacy and this prototype

Privacy and this prototype

This archive is a static prototype. Its deployment environment has not been configured or audited here; this page describes what is and is not implemented in the files, and identifies what a publisher must verify before launch.

Current prototype behavior

There is no submitting contact form, newsletter signup, analytics integration, advertising tag or intentional tracking code in this archive. Navigation is ordinary HTML. Images and font styles reference third-party HTTPS hosts; a visitor’s browser may request those resources directly and those providers may process technical request data under their own policies.

The actual host, server logs, CDN, TLS configuration and any later-added scripts are outside this static archive and must be assessed by the publisher. Do not treat this draft as a complete privacy notice or a legal-compliance certification.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or advertising cookie implementation is included in the prototype. Hosting or third-party services may behave differently; verify the deployed site with a technical review before making definitive claims. If non-essential cookies or tracking are added, document purposes, providers, retention and consent controls as appropriate.

Contact and newsletter data

No contact form or newsletter service is connected. The placeholder email is not an active channel. If a publisher later collects enquiries or subscriptions, state what is collected, the purpose, legal basis where applicable, recipients, retention and how people can exercise relevant rights.

Rights, requests and publisher details

A production notice should identify the responsible legal entity, working contact address, relevant jurisdiction, actual processors, hosting and retention practices, and a practical route for access, correction or deletion requests. GDPR obligations depend on the facts and applicable law; obtain a qualified review rather than relying on this prototype.

Third-party content

The page uses direct external photo URLs and a font stylesheet. Image files, license terms and provider practices are documented at their source links. A publisher may choose to self-host appropriately licensed assets, but must preserve required attributions and comply with the applicable license.
